When the 3 year old loves Harry Potter and pretends a stick is a wand, I know this is the right family for me to be photographing!
The pandemic has really affected us all in so many ways, and the most poignant I think is not getting to spend time with family. And when that family lives in another country, suddenly that became even harder.
So this session was extra special because Grandma was able to come to Canada to see her grandkiddo Junah and meet her not-so-grand-baby-anymore, Mayzel.
I was honoured to be there to capture some memories for this amazing family.
I hope that everyone is coming back to all of the hugs they missed in the last 18 months. Hopefully we are on the other side of it now.
