Iconic Dow’s Lake will mostly always bring to mind either the Tulip Festival in the spring, or skating on the canal in the winter.
Dow’s Lake pathways actually connect into the Arboretum, however it is a far walk from that parking lot. There is a parking lot across from the Pavilion but it does have a fee associated with it.
Photography during the Tulip Festival is possible, however during the festival there are lots of people and dogs are not allowed near the flowers.
