Light of My Life ~ Vikki and Dan’s Wedding

Vikki and Dan were married at a small ceremony at the Rockcliffle Lookout. The ceremony was intimate and beautiful. Later they held a fantastic party filled with friends, family and lots of fun. One of the most amazing moments of the day was when they released over 100 floating Chinese Lanterns into the air. It was absolutely incredible to witness.

Best advice for future bride/grooms?
Bride: Laugh off any stress and remember all the simple moments because they make the best memories.
Groom: Have fun!

Best wedding related decision?
Bride: Our ‘ninja’ wedding ceremony at the Rockliffe Lookout. We just showed up and got married!
Groom: The Chinese Lanterns

What was the funniest memory from your wedding day?
Bride: The wedding party speeches. Hands down. And my sister and I attempting to open a champagne bottle!!
Groom: Brother’s/Best Man’s speech

What is your favourite image from your wedding day and why?
Bride: The picture of me smiling while Dan kisses my cheeks. I’m just so happy and I think is a great reflection of our awesome day!

Of course, I also love ANY shot of the Chinese Lanterns! 🙂

Groom: The bridal party shot on the rocks, with the rays of sunlight shining down.

Which one moment will last for each of you forever?
Bride: Seeing him for the first time at the ‘altar’ and putting the ring on his finger.
Groom: Driving away from the ceremony together.
