Fun at the Farm ~ Maitland Family Session
You may remember Melanie and Jeff from when I photographed their wedding. We didn’t get a chance to do an engagement session, so instead decided to have an anniversary and pet session a year later at their farm. It was so lovely to have the opportunity to see them again.
Melanie and Jeff live on a farm where Melanie runs a horse camp. I had a lot of fun playing with their two adorable beagles, Calvin and Levi, as well as Melanie’s horse, McCadden. She has had McCadden since she was four (she’s now nineteen). They have such a wonderful bond. Some ponies, sheep and barn kittens also made an appearance.
Of course Jeff couldn’t let Melanie’s loves take all the attention, so we were sure to photograph his baby – a tractor. He even let me ride in it!
All in all it was a fantastic session and I am so in love with these photographs.
