Classic Love ~ Travis and Julie’s Engagement Session Sneak Peek
I have known Travis several years. We met at a conference in Ottawa almost 10 years ago and have stayed in touch by stalking each other on Facebook to keep up with each other’s changing lives.
When Travis emailed me a few months ago to ask if I would be his wedding photographer, I was so honoured and uber excited! Once I met his lovely fiancé, Julie, I could barely contain my excitement as they described their vision for their “end of the world” themed wedding at the Diefenbunker Cold War Museum in Carp.
Travis and Julie have the most adorable almost-two year old son, Charlie (who is called Charles when in trouble – lol).
The couple decided they wanted to have their engagement session at the Diefenbunker as well and we, along with a very spiffy Charlie, headed out there yesterday afternoon. We had a great time in the museum, as well as in the blast tunnel and around the outside of the building.
I cannot wait for their wedding in September and I know it’s going to be a “blast” (get it?? war bunker?? haha).
In the blast tunnel. My favourite thing about this image is Charlie, carrying a baby wipe he “stole” from the diaper bag, running around “cleaning” the tunnel. So cute!
In one of the war rooms.
Julie had the most amazing shoes. I mean check those out!!
Charlie is a pretty special little dude.
Family. I love how Charlie is peering down wondering what his parents are doing. So adorable!
Have a wonderful day,
