Foster Frolic

These wonderful kindhearted people take in dogs before they go to their forever homes. They are an integral part of Hopeful Hearts and I know that they are truly thankful for these families.
We had a mini session which we called “Foster Frolic” and these are some of the long past due images.

Buddy

Buddy is a beautiful 10 year old Border Collie/Husky mix who is happiest when he is out in nature – especially in the water! He is available for adoption through Hopeful Hearts.

Pup Art Photos
Posted on Sep 23, 2009 at 8:00 am by Liz · No CommentsLynne from Bark and Fitz and I had such a great time at the Wiggle Waggle Walkathon on Sunday September 13th. We had a GREAT turnout to our Pup Art Photo booth and we raised over $500 for the Ottawa Humane Society!
Here are some of my favourite Pup Art Photos from the day.
Everyone who signed up got a raffle ticket to win some fab gear from Bark and Fitz as well as a FREE Photo Session with me! I am very excited to announce that Miss Texas Belle and her human, Jennifer, won the draw!
Miss Texas Belle will be featured on the blog soon as Jennifer has already scheduled her shoot – I can’t wait!

Bad Dog Mug Shots from Westfest ~ Westboro, Ottawa

We had a lot of dogs come out to get their Mug Shots taken and we were able to raise $550 for BARK Rescue! If you had a photo taken, head over to the Ottawa Dog Blog for instructions on how to download your dog’s mug shot.
Here are a few of my favourites from the weekend!
And last but not least, my little bad dog, Corduroy, aka the happiest convict in the world!!

Westfest 2009 ~ Bad Dog Mug Shots!

Every dog is a good dog…and every dog is a bad dog! Why not capture that naughty side of your beloved four legged friend to remember and laugh about the time she ate your orthotic shoe insert (Corduroy!), or the time she got into your recipes and chewed them all up (Paddington!). I am sure we all have stories!
The Bad Dog Mug Shot photo shoot will be taking place during the Westfest Weekend on Saturday June 13th and Sunday June 14th outside of Bark and Fitz on Richmond Road. Photos are $15 with proceeds going to BARK Rescue!
