The Fur-st Born ~ Clio’s sneak peek

Yesterday I got to spend the afternoon with Clio and her humans. Clio is a vibrant and playful Portuguese Water Dog who has the most beautiful multi-coloured eyes. She loves her humans fiercely and will make a wonderful big sister when the new “human” baby arrives in the fall.

Not much longer now

Sarah and Ben are going to be wonderful parents. These two are the epitome of good health – Sarah is working out and doing pre-natal yoga, they eat better than anyone I’ve ever met (they taught me something about dried fruit and sulphites while I was there!) and they are the sweetest, most genuine couple you will ever meet. I always have such a lovely time when I am with them.

I cannot wait until this little one makes his or her debut in May and we are already talking about ideas for the newborn session! They aren’t finding out the sex of the baby and I don’t know how they are doing it! I would definitely want to know as soon as I could.

So while we wait for “the kid” to finish cooking, here are some of Sarah and Ben‘s maternity portraits.

Snowy Maternity Session ~ Sarah and Ben’s Sneak Peek

I had a great time with Sarah and Ben this afternoon chatting about their new addition who is going to make his or her debut in May. You may remember Sarah and Ben from their love session last summer.

Waiting on the World to Change

Jen is the lovely and amazing talent behind Jennifer Bailey Photography. She was expecting her fourth little miracle and she asked me to take some portraits to remember their family before her three kids turned into older siblings again.

As a side note, Jen and Greg welcomed their little baby girl, Layla, on Thursday January 27th at 1am. On Jen’s birthday – talk about a great birthday gift!
