Published in Wedding Dogs!
Posted on Apr 10, 2013 at 3:31 pm by Liz · No CommentsLast year after posting Melanie and Curtis’ sneak peek, I was contacted by Katie in Australia, wanting to feature their wedding, or more specifically their dog Poopsie, in a new book they were creating called Wedding Dogs.
I’m so excited to be a part of this amazing project and yesterday my own copy came in the mail! The book is gorgeous and not only beautifully designed, but filled with some amazing work that I am so honoured to be featured alongside.
As you all know, I adore dogs and when my clients choose to include their dogs in their weddings, I am the first to encourage it!

Rockcliffe Romance ~ Cynthia and Joe’s Engagement
Posted on Apr 5, 2013 at 9:00 am by Liz · 1 CommentCynthia and Joe chose Rockcliffe Park as the location for their engagement photos, and it really was a perfect backdrop. It was a beautiful day, and their adorable dog Sheldon enjoyed being outside (and getting some treats from me!)
This couple went on to get married in Newfoundland, but I was so thrilled that they did an engagement session with me too!
Check out some images from this lovely trio:

Boston Bubbles ~ Bella’s Session
Posted on Apr 3, 2013 at 9:00 am by Liz · No CommentsI always have a great time photographing dogs, and Bella the Boston Terrier was no exception. We ran, played and even chased some bubbles! Her adorable face graced the cover of the first edition of my dog magazine, Pupperazzi.
Bella is such a sweet dog and she just makes you want to smile.

Hope Blossoms ~ Mel & Randie’s Family Session
Posted on Mar 19, 2013 at 2:02 pm by Liz · No CommentsMel and I connected through our love of dogs. She knew me from my work on Ottawa Dog Blog, and she fostered for Hopeful Hearts. One day Thomas was walking Wellie and Mel recognized her from the blog!
Once we realized how close we live, we came up with an awesome system where I photograph her foster dogs to help them get adopted (a great picture can do wonders in getting an animal to their forever home).
After photographing several of her canine friends, I decided it was time to put Mel in front of the camera with Randie and their two pooches Halladay and Wookie. This is such a lovely family and I was so happy to capture some memories for them.

Snowy Snuggles ~ Tracy and Trevor’s Engagement Session
Posted on Mar 18, 2013 at 2:24 pm by Liz · 3 CommentsWho doesn’t love snowy engagement sessions? I love when couples want to brave the cold and have their engagement sessions outside in the winter. Tracy and Trevor had me out to their home a few weeks ago to photograph not only the two of them, but their gorgeous two month old daughter, Presley, and of course, Bella, who graced the cover of the first Pupperazzi edition.

Bella is a wonderful big sibling.

Meet the adorable Presley!

I call this, the many faces of little Presley.

I love seeing clients’ past session images hanging in their home. Some of the images from Bella’s session are in this collage!
