Kelly and Christopher’s Wedding ~ April 10th, 2010

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of shooting alongside Julie Butler for Kelly and Christopher’s wedding at the West Carleton Convention Centre in Kanata.
As soon as we arrived at the bride’s parent’s home, we were welcomed as if we were family. Everyone was so warm and inviting and I was later to find out that this was the case for the groom’s side too. The mood before the wedding was excitement as everyone was so happy for Kelly and Christopher.
The whole day unfolded beautifully and without a hitch. The weather was wonderful and definitely co-operated with us while we did our photos outside. The speeches were among the best I have ever heard (and I’ve heard quite a few!) and I was laughing and crying along with every other guest in attendance at their wedding.
There was so much love for these two and I am so honoured I was there to capture their wedding day. I know that Kelly and Christopher will be very happy for the rest of their lives and anyone who meets them will notice their love for each other. Congratulations to the bride and groom!
They had the best candy bar at Kelly and Christopher’s wedding! Their cake was also stunning.

Kim – it’s a bride fishing and she’s caught the groom! Both love fishing – Christopher actually proposed while they were fishing so it fit well!
